This 28lb tom greeted us this morning. My 5 year old son, Tyler, looks a little braver in the picture than he was when the cat was still alive. Tyler's Granddad was proud to have him along with us on this one.

when I trapped in missouri I had my sig trailside 22 pistol with me. A shot in the ear from a 22 going directly through the brain seems to do the trick. oh by the way nice Kitty. Had some nice ones in the past but never nearing 28 lbs thats a pretty big one you know he ate well. :D:D

Beautiful animal, wish we had more area around here to trap! I would love to get into it more but now I just trap around the house for rats and mink.
