.17 Clips

Does anyone own a savage .17 HMR series rifle? If so do you think I can use a clip from a savage .22 mag.

The Savage and Marlin 17 HMR rifles use the same mag. as the 22mag .
It even says it on the package .

yep he is right Marlin is the same way ( remember a 17HMR is a 22 mag necked down )

although I did not know that you can use the savage clips in the Marlin and viseversa ????

no marlin and savage clips are different so they cant be swaped from gun to gun. but yes a 22mag clip is for a 17hmr.
