Squirrels - Best Time to Hunt 'Em?

Hi folks. Just curious, as I don't do much small game hunting (yet), but is there any best time of day to go after squirrels, or pretty much all day is good? Cloudy vs. sunny
days? Any tips appreciated. Thanks.

You want to hunt squirrels when they are going out for their breakfast and for their dinner, which happens to be right after sunrise, and a few hours before sunset.

I find the best time of the day for squirrels is all day. Escpecially on a sunny day. Morning and evening are best.. but you can find them all day.. windy days or rain i usually hang it up. but windy days sometimes walk for rabbit

Right when the sun comes up and right before the sun goes down.But I have killed them all through out the day.
