Yote Hunting In Michigan

Has anyone been calling in Coyotes or shot any lately in Michigan? I'm going on a hunt soon and wondered what is working... - buckhunter

RE: Yote Hunting In Michigan

I usually wait until December 1st to start doing any serious yote hunting. Now since the deer season is in full swing, and all the hunters in the woods. It's got most everything a little jumpy. I'll hunt a gut pile if I know someone shot a deer. But after December everything seems to calm down. We were out yesterday using a friends new foxpro, and took a couple of nice red fox. We were hunting in southeast Mi. outside of Port Huron. And the weather has also been a little crappy too. Good luck to ya if you go out. And post anything about your hunts.
