anyone ever seen one in the wild? i have never seen one in the wild. just saw a mounted one....

Not in the wild, one of the local farmers has one as a pet. Best dog Ive ever seen. Sits in the back of the truck, even when he stops and eats at the truck stop. Looks cool too:)

I'd love to see some pix of coydogs! I've heard of them, but never seen a pic. Can anyone post a pic?

Zak, thanks for posting that pic. That almost looks like a coyote/Husky mix with that dog's blue eye. Are you sure it's a cross with a German Shepard?

They are more common in areas with low coyote populations. They much prefer to stick with their own kind.

My friend had a coyote/heeler mix. Shelly was her name. It was a good dog also. She had that same blue, brown eye thing going too. Pretty cool dog.

My buddy had a dog thats has a white eye brown eye .. thing gooin on ... but its a dumb dog !
