woodchuck problem

I've got a woodchuck living in my flower garden between my house and the neighbors. I don't want to put a killer trap there for I would definately get their cat. I wouldn't mind but they would. I want to put a hav a hart there. What should I use for bait. Thank you.

Use a girl woodchuck. Only joking. I agree, unless you don't have a good relationship with your neighbors, I think a 22 short is the shortest road to success.

well i think it depends on where you live.... sometimes people live in the suburbs where the houses are on top of eachother or they are pretty spaced out and you can discharge a firearm... if you know where it is living or entering your yard, you could piss in it and mark your territory. i had the same problem a couple years ago, i pissed in its hole and it came running out and i had a bb gun with me just in case, i put 15 bb's in it and it never came back again......
