Todays Outing 2/12/02

Well I ventured off to the mountains this morning. Thought I'd do a little calling and maybe some target practice. Didn't really get where I wanted to go due to snow. There was a lot of it and they closed some of the roads. The other roads I couldn't get through. But the trip wasn't a total wash. There was a herd of 20 or so elk on the side of a hill that I seen. Its always a kick to see the elk .we have a refuge along the highway here , where they stay year round . I have seen as many as twenty good bulls at a time there . Gets the heart to pumping thats for sure .

Still sounds great, yesterday I went to work and went home and helped clean the house. Your day sounds a little bit better then mine.
