Choke Size?
Well ive been doin a little crow hunting lately and im having a blast. But i seem to miss quite a few more crow than i hit. I know i cant get them everytime but i was wondering if i should use a tighter choke tube. Right now i have been using a modified choke with 7 1/2 shot. Ive been having pretty good luck with that...but have been missing a lot also. what do you think? Should i switch choke size or shot size. If so give me your sudgestions. THANKS

RE: Choke Size?
I just shot some crows last weekend, don't do it much, but I had good success with the mod. choke and 1 1/8oz. of 6 shot. We were calling them in, and most shots were around 30 yrds.

RE: Choke Size?
It depends. If your a really good shot, use a full choke. If not, I'd stick with the modified.

RE: Choke Size?
i would stick with the mod. choke and drop down to high brass #6 shot.7 1/2 shot at extended distance has a hard time penatrating there feathers.let them get in close and give them a good lead when there flying.

RE: Choke Size?
I would say my normal range would be around 25-35 yards.....i think ill take all of your advices and switch to 6 shot. I think ill also stick with the mod. choke. thanks.
