Default What Critter Made This?????

Would like to know what made this hole in this tree? Was thinking it was too low to the ground for a raccoon or squirrel. Tell me what you think. Thanks

PC world gone awry....even woodpeckers need handicap access.

Great place for a game camera to see what is going in and out.
