Got another big male coming in to my front yard bait stump
 

I have a bait stump about 30 yrd from my front door.. Hes coming in about every other night around 2 am.. gonna get him soon.. will be the third coyote probably over 40 lbs I have got from my stump... the Stump is 3 ft tall.. I figure hes in the 35-40 lb range...

Those are some decent sized coyotes. I wouldn't want them 30 yards from my house.

well, I really dont have a choice since its about 200 acres of field and woods in front of the house.. so I enjoy taking them out.. I have shot 10 so far this yr from that stump alone..these are just the big ones.. there is many grey/red foxes hitting it up.. I even have the occasion deer lick on it.. im up to 45 yotes this yr.. I was aiming for 100.. But I dont see that happening unless I have a really good season come fall..

What do you bait them with and can anyone help me lure a big cat in he came hunting a rabbit and I'd love to get him back and take him with my crossbow, thanks

Well I wish he'd share his bait stump secret, coyotes killed a deer almost under my tree stand , got. Pics of him with a rabbit in his mouth , think it's a female with at least a pup , I found fresh scat from them , thanks for any help

Jay, let us know your baiting secret. I lost eight chickens a few weeks ago, but got the perp a few nights later... I hate losing chickens
