I can understand that not specifically squirrel but other game I have found to be tough at times. But for me it doesn't bother me. I have never tried it in a crock pot or pressure cooker though only in a soup though that had softened it a good bit.

You can avoid a lot of the toughness with 3 methods. Pressure cooking, is one. the crock pot slow cooking method is another way. and the 3d way is to parboil them a little before frying and such.

Make sure ya'll check your own scores to make sure I've got your numbers right. I'm not a math guy. Also if someone on each team takes a quick glance occasionally to make sure the team totals are right. Let me know if there's any issues so I can go back through the thread and review the numbers. Good job so far everyone.

When squirrel hunting is involved, I call my camping trips "hunting expeditions". I'm headed out for a couple days early next month.
