I had spent over 8 hours in the stand waiting on a hog to show up. Most of that time had been watching a continuous parade of deer (which is what the landowner wants to have). Finally the deer all disappeared and I decided to head out and check the other areas of the property on foot, stretch my legs a little.

In a pasture on the other side of a wind break of trees, I spied movement. Turned out it was a coyote that was running back and forth along the tree line. I caught her on her way back when she stopped, possibly because she winded me.

I eventually did get my hog, not 30 minutes later. Its pic is at the end of the video.

I always feel unwilling to view a video from a guy called "Double Naughty" !

How do you know that the coyote was a female ?

I already told you I'm nervous about viewing your videos...........
