Saw an episode of Meat Eater last week with him grilling a coyote--no thank you and I'll let the Asians eat all the dog meat, LOL!

I probably shouldn't reveal my hillbilly roots like this, but I've eaten coyote on more than one occasion. Better than coon for sure, coon meat is greasy/slimy feeling, no matter how you cook it.
