I like the Modifed with the HeviShot Dead Coyote shells.

I used to hunt with a group of guys that run them with dogs. All they ever use is shotguns. Your only shots in that case is a dead run when you can catch them crossing a road. Any sized buckshot with a tight pattern in the head/neck will work fine.

We actually prefer to call them with electronic callers. The thing
about the dense woods is that they are really sly on how they
approach. That is the very reason I like the shotgun and those
HeviCoyote shells. They will sting THEIR HINEYS.
