spitfire

just curious how well these work,i get to pick my xmas present so im thinking about one.is there a big advantage to having the external speaker?

JD,

I think it's great and works well with a Mojo "critter".

It's not super loud (you can buy extra speaker though)...................but I don't hunt big open prairies.

I stop calling once I think they've heard "me"; I let the mojo critter do the rest.

Buy it directly from Foxpro so you can have it customed program by them; ask for Scott Snook.

I have the Spitfire with the Jack Attack decoy, unless you are hunting wide open areas(i mean WIDE Open) the sound the Spitfire puts out is fine..Vol 1 thru 3 really isnt loud but when ya hit 4 its jumps up alot,Yotes as you know have great hearing so for the most part you dont need to Blast the sound.....

For the cost a person can't go wrong,I bought mine in a store so it was preloaded with sounds...Iam going to order another chip with the sounds I want,it will give me a total of 48 calls witch is more then I need but will be nice to have and it's still cheeper then thier nxt FoxPro....
