go over to your neighbors house and tell them to keep it in their house or yard or get rid of it.

i wouldnt say anything...i would go to the dog pound and ask fer a cat trap...put it in your garage..a lil tuna werks well...then when it slams shut..put it in a kennel and take the trap..fully loaded back to the pound and get your deposit back. dont have the pound come get it..cause those guys get em in the truck lol

One thing that I found that works great for getting rid of other peoples cats. Mouse traps. Only takes once or twice of getting their snouz snapped in a mouse trap to get the point across.

Box trap, then relocate to the urban jungle or shoot it.... either way dont say anything to anyone.

I have the same problem only it's my sisters cats So while I value my head I can't do anything about it. But for you get a live trap, catch it and send to your neighbors with a note saying *cough cough* basicly to keep what's theirs with them so to speak.
If it still comes around........ you know what to do.

I would bring it back to the neighbors and tell them streight out that if I find it in my garage one more time they will be a cat short in thier household.....

talk to your neighbor, explain it is peeing on your stuff and you can't continue to have things ruined like that. If they don't try to do anything then I'd live trap it, take it to the pound, then tell the neighbor it is 'possible' you trapped their cat.
