I use a rem 11-87 full choke and shoot #4 buck 3in shells with 41 pellets I can roll 1 at 50-55 yds The r about 5-6 dollars for 5 shells. If you have deep pockets Dead coyote shells are the best but they are 10 shells for 35 dollars but are more lethal then the others

i have a savage single shot 12ga full choke and i can easily put down a coyote from 75 yrds with double ought buck, i've taken out deer at that range with double ought buck so a coyote shouldnt be a problem at all.

this is a good shot also.

If you can get ahold of any #2 shot it is pretty nasty on yotes. I don't like 2 3/4 inchers though I like 3". You can reach on out there with a good full choke. BB

most importantly pattern your gun as stated before. Use lead shot no smaller than BB and no larger than #4 buck you could go bigger but why? BB's to #4 buck will do the least pelt damage and will kill them fine. If you want them DRT shoot'em in the face.

I use a 2-3/4" at night and Winch. Supreme #4buck with a Pattern Master choke. It is DEADLY out to 40 yds. Even though I back it up with 3" ammo, I don't get to it very often. Daytime is another story. 3" and 3-1/2" daytime!!!
