ground squirrel are out in idaho
 

well went out for a ride took my 17 hmr just in case. good thing i did i ran into ground squirrels it was my first time shoting them i spent my hole box of shells it was a blast ill get pics posted

Those things are a blast to shoot! How many you get? You eat em? Squirrel is my favriot meat.

Sure is fun!

Sounds cool,
I have shot a lot of those.
But I always use a blowgun or a BB gun, never used a rifle.
But It is probably a better way to go for long-range shots.
