Ask your f&g for advice. Around this state the CDOW would probably come in and trap a problem cat for a land owner, IF there was an obvious problem.

3 kills on sheep and 1 goat in 48 hours. i would rather do the killing, cause i want the skin. i have seen the cat twice.

If you can legally use an electronic call, and have one with mtn. lion vocals on it, that would be a possibility. Call it in.

Snares or #4 or bigger traps. Go to trapperman.com they can help you out.

if the batery cable goes straight down to the starter then the selanoid is on the starter either bypass the selanoid by using a screwdriver against the ground nut and the power nut on the selanoid or check the battery with a voltage meter.. should be around 13 volts
