Got my summer Coyote mount back heres pics!
Well I just picked up another Coyote mount! This I killed last summer, during August and I decided to get him mounted because his coat was in good shape for a summer Coyote! This was the 1st kill for my .204 and it did a number on him! I thought the mount turn out well. I'm going to make a Fence post/Fence line base for it and mount it on there. I thought it turned out good, what do you guys think???

Just kidding, looks good and I agree on the fur. |

Decoy, I never thought about that! But if I was going to use one of my mounts for a decoy, why not this one! I pick him up on Wednesday!

I dont know,,, I think that head and shoulder mount would be better. put it on a pedistal so it spins, on the edge of a thicket, it would look so real I might shoot it again just for fun LOL.

Oh yeah, the full mount look great. All I ever had done is the pelts. If I ever came home with a full mount, I think the wife would @%&* her pants, and you know how it is , if momma aint happy, aint nobody happy. What did that head & shoulder mount cost ya?,I like that one

Thanks guys! The shoulder mount was $350, the full Body mount on the Blonde was $500! The work was done by 2 different guys! I had the Full body done by Staggs Taxidermy in Lewiston, Mi and the Shoulder Pedestal Mount was done by Dan Trawicki in Wisconsin! Dan does excellent work, he did all my African mounts, a bit pricey but you get what you pay for!

Thiose are both sweet. I'm looking forward to my first 'yote this year. My buddy just moved onto a farm near Rockford and he says they're thick around there. We want to try for them with bows, but I know that's not very productive. Still, if I connect with one, it'll be that much sweeter. I want a full body mount for over my bar. But thatshoulder mount is beautiful. That would be great on a mantel or end-table or something.
