Breeds of fox in NC
I'm not very experienced with hunting, I've only been doing it for 3 years now. This year I have seen allot of coyotes but nothing in range yet.
MY question is about Foxes in North Carolina. What kind of foxes should I see? I've been watching one come out in the field in front of the house for the past 3 weeks and tonight when pulling in the driveway he was in my frony yard and jumped in front of my truck. He lookied like a skunk paired with a fox. I think he was a silver fox. Is this possible in this area? |

Not sure about NC, but here in VA we have greys and reds... and coyotes :(

We have red and grey foxes here in NC.

reds and greys should be the norm but i know several fox pens brought in silver fox to stock with.it is within reason some of them have escaped......tony
