Because this sounds like a story from a 10 year old.

I posted at the beginning of this convo just asking for pics because although I didn't believe you, I was going to give you the benefit of the doubt until proven or admitted otherwise.

Well, I gave you your shot to prove validity and (pardon the pun) you shot holes through your 'proof.' And just for the record, the holes you shot through your own arguement....it wasn't a quarter inch group. Not only did you prove that the claimed groups you shot weren't true, you also presented yourself in a manner that will infinitly hinder you from offering credible advice on this website.

Oh...I see. His dad is a fireman and he said hi to him last night when he was tucked in to bed.

Sooo...grand total 11.

I am willing to give you a fresh start kid. No need to tell us you were lying, no need to apologize. Just no more BS threads andtry to know what you are talking about before you do so. I'm not beyond embellishing a story every now and again, but its better between friends than trying to impress a stranger on the net.

I don't know about that... 1/4 ich group at 150 yards. That sounds like a semi auto .270 to me...

Pics do not prove anything. Below, you will find a pic of one of my targets that was shot with my Savage 17HMR at a distance of 250 yards.

Actually, it was shot at 50 yards. Just because you posted a pic doesn't prove that it was at the stated distance.

this at 200 yards today 1" groups
What happened to the 1/2" at 200 you were originally claiming? Doesn't really matter because I don't believe you shot a 1" group at 200 yards either.
exactly

I'm not necesserily sure that I believe that either... you said that you had 7 spotters to back you up... if they had half a brain they would have known the yardage and group sizes. And plus, I'm not saying that it's not possible, but I don't really believe 2 inch groups at 100 yards either.

You lie! LIE! LIAR!

Just admit that you were wrong... don't try to make up something that seems a little more believable but is still untrue (unbelievable/ a lie)
