RE: snaring coyotes?

I am. I havent got any fox or coyotes, but I did get some coons. In wisconsin, we can use cable restraints, they are basically the same as snares. Im having alot of fun doing it.

RE: snaring coyotes?

the cam-lock snares work great, find yourself an open location(where fast travel is possible for the yote)on anactive trail. get your self some heavy gauge stiff wire and bend it in a fashion so it will hold your snare 2-4in off the ground, fasten it to a tree or stick it in the ground if possible and fasten your snare to a tree or stake. put 4-6 snares on a trail, add a few baits if you want too but its not required, the electronic "distressed bird" chirpers work well too.
