Beginer question
I've been trapping for coons a whole 3 weeks now with some pretty good success. I've been using no. 11 dbl spring foot-holds and running them with dirt sets with sardines. My dad asked me today If I have dyed, painted, waxed or boiled any of my traps and I told him that I have not. Are these steps really necessary for the long term of your traps? So far it hasnt mattered, but I dont want to make a mistake and mess up a pile of traps in the longrun. What do you all advise me to do? Thanks in advance. Jake

RE: Beginer question
As long as the trap is covered good it shouldn't matter.
