Here is what I did to my coyote gun. It's a Stevens 200 in .223.
Please ignore the ugly carpet in my basement spare room. It came with the house.[:'(]

Fellas-- I've seen some really nice rigs in this post.

Danthehunter- very nice stock on that .220Swift!

Skidder- Thats the nicest snow camo job I've ever seen!!!
Did you do it yourself, or was it professionally done? Impressive!!!

Thanks.I'm quite pleased with it. I did it myself. It's just Krylon whitefor the background.I drew on the branches and stuff with a pencil, then went over it with different paints to get the colours I wanted. I got all the paint at a craft store. It really wasn't hard, it just took some time. I used Skyline Horizon as a model to work from.

No scratchs so far. If anything it'll be the branches that scratch but it doesn't scratch whenI use a fingernail on it. The krylon is made for plastiic and metal. It was a synthetic stock so it shouldn't scratch

I've shot the older mini 14, I was a little disapointed with its accuracy at even 100 yards, but I don't think its made for distance for distance shooting.

i'm a bit of a newbie to the mini 14, but what caliber does it come in? i saw what i thought was one at walmart with the .22 rimfires but that clip definitely looks bigger than that...
