I love the way 10/22s look with the stainless barrel/scope and black stock. Ours has a light color wood stock with black scope and blued barrell. Effective, but not as pretty in my opinion

That a 50 round clip? I was looking at getting a higher capacity magazine. We had just gotten a 25 round a few years ago but right after that they were outlawed or something so my dad got rid of it but now they're legal again. I don't remember the whole story, I was a wee lad.

Critterqiter, where did you get the tape/wrap at? When you remove it is there any adhesive left on you have to mess with? Thanks
Its not tape, it's a wrap. From Cabelas and it only sticks to itself. There is no residue on the gun when I take it off.

Pretty neat actually, I like the blonde stock but that wrap is pretty cool also.
You can also get it from http://www.uscalvary.com in the Army's ACUPAT pattern. I don't know how the price compares, just remember seeing it. I do remember that it only sticks to itself as well.

I never counted. I think it's 30 rounds.

When the high capacitymagazines were banned a few years back, there was an exemption if you already owned it. YOu could even buy new ones if they were manufactured before the cut-off date. Your dad didn't have to get rid of his. The ban has now expired thanks to our Republican Congress. If you want to get one, you ought to hurry up and get it before the Democrats take power in a month. I suspect they'll be trying to push for a renewal of the ban.

my bowtech Tribute with heavy Easton arrows and a judo (Sp?) tip. At 30 yards it is still way to much for a big gray. But I know it will do the trick for some predators, I am also going to be getting a .223 or a 22-250 this weekend, don’t know which. I may end up with a .17 (I have a lot of .22 want something different).
