RE: .223 question

I don't much about Stevens rifles, but I would figure accuracy would be more than adequate for coyotes. I have shot many different brands of .223s, and only one was unacceptable in the accuracy department from the factory. And it wasn't a major problem to fix, just needed the stock inletted a little bit on one side where it was touching the barrel.

RE: .223 question

i have a stevens 200 in .223 and it shoots pretty darn good i think i get 1 inch groups at a 100 yards with 50 and 55 grain bullets and that is just factory ammo i have not done any thing to the gun

RE: .223 question

It is my understanding that Stevens are made by Savage (same company). I own a savage and they are awesome for accuracy and the prices are right.

RE: .223 question

i have a Savage 10FP .223 and i can get all of the holes to touch at 100 yards and 200 most of them touch. Ive heard some good things about Stephens. Savage is a really good company and for the price you cant beat it.
