First Opossum
 

This is my first opossum I have shot. He was caught in a foot trap using peanut butter. Pretty cool animal.

thats ur first opossum? i see those stupid things all the time.. can u sell the furs to those stupid things too?

Remember their good eating. Pare boil first their pretty fatty. Then sprinkle with red pepper & sage and cook on a cookie sheet with slices of sweet potatoe.

NIce going keep at it and you will be surprised at what you may catch.
Its like Christmas every morning when I run my line.

Congrats on your first opossum, where I live, we usually have a good old fashioned 'possum killing every spring.

Well, its not secret that i'm not a real big fan of trapping but i'm not against it by any means, i do think its little cruel. I'll never do it but if other people do it then its their thing and i respect that

CONGRATS!!!!! On your first catch, That was my first catch many yrs ago aswell. like tky said just keep it up you never know what is gonna be in that next set. GOOD LUCK.
