i got a single shot rossi. its pretty sweet but it shoots extremely low, like a foot at 20yds. i got itas a present so i would feel bad if i took it back.

i would like to get a 10/22, or a 597 or something. think you guys could help me i want one for under $200 or maybe a little more.

I use a Marlin 25n with a cheap little Tasco Pronghorn. Not sure on the size of the scope.

hey Brod Man try a scope on it the open sight on my henry suck so bad i didnt llike shooting it then one day i was messing around in my reloading room and found some mounts and i had a cheap 4x scope laying around so i put it on and now it is the only 22 i shoot any more

Check the end of your barrel bore for snags or burrs.There is something wrong with the end of the bore to shoot foot low at 20 yrds.Take a real fine file and clean the end up a bit. The burr would be on the top.

Stock Ruger 10/22 with a 4x BSA scope. i use cci mini mags for ammo.

I have a Remington 597 LSS with a Nikon prostaff 4x32.

i thought about fileing down the front sight since it wont go any lower. my dad said that would help.

i just use a 10/22.
