RE: Bobcat, Lynx, or something else????
I'm from the northeast, and we have Canadian Lynx and Bobcats, and those are neither. The top one looks just like the mountain lion my friend shot in Montana a few years ago. Could be a mountain lion or cougar, without knowing the height of the vegetation it is hard to estimate their size.

where are you located? that may help see if it's a lion, bobcat, or lynx. hoenstly i think its a bobcat

RE: Bobcat, Lynx, or something else????
bobcat. Lions don't have spots any where on them, where as a bobcat may or may not have spots every where on the body, as with these cats, they have spots on their bellys. Don't look like a lynx to me, as they usually have over sized feet and their heads are more blocky than the bobcat! And not knowing where you're located or where these pics. orignated from, lynx aren't nearly as wide spread as bob kittys are!

Bobcats.

Young Lions have spots, but they have long tails. Thats a trippy looking cat. It sort of looks like a lynx with the color of a lion. Maybe a lion got hard up trying to find a mate and settled for a lynx. LOL

Summer-coat bobcat, plain and simple.
Ever seen the tail on a cougar? |
