Odd Question: Has anyone here samples woodchuck meat?

You would think that since all they really eat are greens, they wouldn't be too bad as table fare. I could be totally wrong, though.

ive tried muskrat, possum and racoon. never woodchuck though id imagine it wouldnt be tofar from the ones i listed. possum and racoon taste similar the meat is very oily but tasty ive found they taste the best stewed. muskrat is a real fair taste but can be a little dry Ive found the best way to prepair it is by deep frying.
