22.250 Range report
Shot this coyote lazer ranged at 360 yds with my Savage mod 12 in 22.250 with a Burris Fullfield II 4.5-14 scope in February and just getting around to posting photo. I used Hornady 55 grain moly VMAX factory ammo. Wind was blowing right to left at approx 15 mph. I sat with my back against a fence post and used stoneypoint shooting sticks.

That Savage is10 lb out of the box befor you even put anything on it and the stock is really big comepaired to the Reningtons...
I have not shot my Savage ok my wife's gun ((LOL )) it looks nice but its sobig Savage could of saved alot of wood on that modelafter puting everything on the gun it comes in around 12 1/2 lbs thats alot of gun to pack around uknow...

huntnfishak., the mod 12's are great bench guns. Yes they are heavy but that makes a great bench gun. No further than I walk to do my yote sets I don't mind. Here is another reason I like my savage mod 12's. Great accuracy.
