I use Federal 3" 1 7/8 2 shot lead for coyotes. It packs one heckuva thump. We had a 'yote hold up 2 years ago while my buddy was using this load at 55-60 yards and at the shot the coyote dropped in its tracks. He was using a Benelli Nova with a Mod choke. I have dusted quite a few 'yotes with this load as well using my M1 Super 90 and a mod choke. Only had one 'yote that took more than one shot.
