What do you do with coyote and fox meat?

Saw in another post about people using the meat and wondered what others do with the meat from varmint's?

I don't have a clue. All I've ever known anyone to use is the hides.

I have used the meat in jerky, if I know for a fact that it is not diseased with mange and the like. But, I have to say that I don't always use the meat for food. I have used the meat for an attractant after skinning the yote, for future hunts.

i use left over meat or specific organs for chumming or baiting when I'm fishing. works pretty good. use to work at a boy scout camp and the rangers use to hang it high of the ground for the predatory birds to pick at.

Nothing, skin them and put the carcasses back in the area they were caught.
