Model 925

All Marlin bolt action rimfire rifles feature the new T-900™ Fire Control System
This clip-loading 22 rifle represents one of the best buys around in a bolt action repeater. It features an all-business hardwood stock with swivel studs, a 22" Micro-Groove® barrel and a 7-shot clip magazine.

a .22 rimfire (or .22 Long Rifle, same thing) would probably be the best place to start. Just about any of them will work from bolt action, semi-auto, lever, and single shot the only real criteria is that it be accurate.

I think the post is screwy. First it was an air rifle, now people are talking about rimfires..........

I think a 22 would be best because they have harder hitting power.
