hand held predetor e calls?
 

have any of you tried the cheap hand held electric call for coyotes yet? like the western river ones?i didnt know if they workedor if they werent worth the 20 bucks. if u have tried them let me know your thoughts. thanks.

I did not have good luck with them at all.I used the preaditor and the elk. They sounded like crap.

I do however have the western rivers predation caller.cost me 299 but was well worthit.I have killed many many yotes and fox using it.

My buddy bought one last year on a trip to Nebraska calling coyotes. It worked once while we were in Nebraska, it just didn't sound good to me. Then we tried it on our way home in South Dakota and it actually scared 2 coyotes away. We took it back to Cabelas an returned it, we were not impressed with it.
