depends on how you fix it. it does taste sorta like chicken,if fried.

man it is fine,, if they are old boil them till tender and thne fry them in a electric skillet till brown and then put'em in some dumplins.. sho nuff good,,,,,,,,,,

From the way i cook 'em i'd actually say they taste a lot like chicken, not kidding.

squirrel meat is somewhat sweet in flavor and yes when panfried tends to be almost like chicken. when we prepare it we like to add some wine along with some fresh garlic

lol both;)...in all honesty few things can compare to treerats done up in some wine with a pinch of lemon
