Well since Cabelas doesn't manufacture scopes... they are just slapping their name on a quality scope from one of the major manufacturers.... anybody know who actually makes the Cabela's scopes???

Just got done test firing my Browning BPS slug gun tonight.. Shooting the Hornady SST slugs... it shoots very well 2-3" group at 100yds... Killed 6 deer w/ it already. I picked it up off the used...

I've shot 3 deer w/ the Hornady SST 12ga slugs... 3" groups at 100yds. 1st deer went 10 yds... 2nd deer (see below) went maybe 20yds.. down the hill.. 3rd deer went 50yds.

HKs are excellent firearms.. no bones about it. The tactical is threaded for a suppressor and comes w/ a nice little soft case. If you're never going to use a suppressor.. don't get the Tactical.
