with a shotgun i ussualy aim for thfront of the head try to keep the pattern away from the meat but i rarely hunt squirrel w/ a shotgun prefer hunting w/ a rifle, head shots allways w/ the 22.

yea i use number 2s becouse their alot easier to get where i live and i never know when a yote might come by, i often use baits that appeal to different critters, sammy is right tho a 1.5 is plenty...

Well if your trapping in an area where pets could be a problem I would just stick to the live traps, but #2 foot traps work nicely for coons, just bait with peanut butter or fish,or try to find out...

Thanks guys, put a live box trap out in a creek bed on the river baited with peanut butter, caught a 15 pounder will try to get photos up soon hopefully, did end up catching a possum tho

ya the first few times its hard to control those nerves I guess, all i can
say is do better next time if you have never tracked a deer that was shot
in the the leg or something you will now what...
