I think if hes only hunting without liscense i wouldnt turn him in. If hes spotlighting or using illegal gun i would deffintly turn him in. I wouldnt consider hunting without a liscense as poaching...

Put 2 pieces of dental floss accross the shaft in an "X" pattern before you slide the nock in. Someone else on here told me to do that when mine were coming out. Works great
