RE: Tikka-Browning-Sako-Weatherby

If I had the money, I would definately put it toward a Sako. I like my Tikka, but the fit and finish and looks aren't quite as good as the Sako.

RE: Tikka T3 Rifles

I have it in 30-06 and it is a sweet gun...after I bought it at first I was a little disappointed with the plastic, but it is a quality gun, smooth bolt, and not too bad looking to boot:D

If I could afford a set, I would go with a quality wool coat, bib combo...specifically Gray Wolf Woolens...custom made and for a decent price...cheaper than KOM anyway.

Get the 3006. I bought one because I want to moose and bear hunt with it later on. I just need a group here in Ontario. The 30-06 will be a little better for elk-a little more energy.

RE: Problem is.... I have to much property.

Sounds like a BIG PROBLEM with so much land to hunt. From my little experience I would suggest hunting the thicker area's-more trees and brush, I've never had much success right on the field edge.
