Antler dogs

There were a couple nice articles in F&S and Bowhunter magazine this month about antler dogs. Anyone here have any advice about training dogs to retrieve antlers?

No Plow is a good crop to plant in dry conditions, also you hardly need any equipment to plant it. They do recommend breaking up the soil just a little bit before you scatter the seed around.

Switch grass is a good idea. They have that in the gamelands here, the deer lay in there and hide. They can hear people coming through it a mile away.

Deer can get on top of you very quickly, sometimes if you stand up that will be too much movement.

Best time to hunt yotes

Whatdo you guys think is the best time to hunt coyotes? I've heard early morning, right before the sun comes up is when they're most active. Also, I'd imagine that full moon stage is best as well?

Yep, that's our problem in too. Our family spends a lot of time improving land (food plots, etc.) in an effort to produce better quality and more deer. The problem is that others around the area...
