Good choice. But don't discount polishing. You only polish to remove carbon and lube deposits so you can inspect for scoring. 000 steel wool with oil at low rpm won't change dimensions

Do you clean your cases before sizing? If you don't, your die's will get dirty quickly. Powder and carbon residue is hard enough to score dies deeplyand can cause cases to stick.

Don't get me wrong, I like both. The 29 was much nicer to carry, the trigger was fantastic in both single and double action, and it just felt better in my hand. But a 29 just can't handle the abuse...
