The Gamo rifles are real quiet if you go with the ones with the ND52 noise dampener. Also they have the IGT piston in some models instead of the spring piston which makes them even quieter.

I use Fletch-Tite Platinum and the Bohning tape also. The tape is a lot quicker and seems to be doing a good job on the arrows I've used it on.

I do on aluminum shafts, I also put a metal rod in the shaft when cutting new shafts or ones without inserts to get a better cut.

I use a Bitzenburger Dial-O-Fletch with the 2" predator and zeon fussion vanes. I set it up with as much helical on the vanes as i can get and still keep good contact with the shaft.

I have a SS ProHunter in 35 whelen I love it. Like stated above the biggest complaints I hear seems to be with the price and with them having an extractor instead of a ejector.

The slide does have to be taken off. I'm sure there is some special wrench that they have to use on the slide but I have took a metal rod that fits the holes and run it through them to break it loose...

I put as much helical as i can get and still have good contact with the shaft. That has worked the best for me to stabilize the arrow quicker and tighten up my groups.
