2 yrs it gets used year round, when i take my pointer out for daily runs, about 1/2 hour each day. it also gets used on my bulldog, for her bathroom breaks, and her walks. so its been used on average...

depends on what you're hunting, sloughs, crp, harvested fields. before i had a dog me and a buddy would hunt slough edges, crp, or tall grasses close to corn fields, if there is grain fields nearby...

I baught the Benneli Nova 12 gauge last year, and use it for everything that flies. It chambers all lengths of shells, and is very durable. You would'nt go wrong in buying it, in my opinion.
