New CNN poll

Shows both Huckabee and Romney ahead of Obama 52 to 44 and 50 to 45 respectively. Although no surprise, it is nice to see a poll reflecting general impressions.

RE: Score 1 for Navy Seals

Sad that all this is going on. Bravo for the seals. I can imagine the bobbing target factor. I suppose Barrak Hussein Obama will want to have a sensitivity group with the pirates.

RE: shotguns

I doubt that the foster slug will hit the target where you expect it... but if you can keep track of where it would go, why not. A bead sight set for shot is a different beast from slug sights....

Nothing against the grand 06, but I haven't seen anything up there that the 30 30 couldn't handle in the woods. Nice to have a follow up shot. Let us know if you spot any cougars.

RE: ..they launched it

Yah, if China sells the dollar short that is the end of recovery plan. It was dumb to park anti-missile capability in the area of Japan, talk it up, and then not use it.

Chinese are getting nervous....

Article on MSNBC news that they are getting nervous about our spending. Seems like "we" are counting on them buying up US debt.

They are nervous? Now? A little slow on the uptake over there.
