Alliant RL16 for 280Rem?

I'm getting the bug to reload again for my 280Rem shooting either Hornady 139gr SST or Nosler 149gr BT's. I see on the internet most guys seem to like RL19 or RL22. I've never heard of RL16, yet...

I have to agree with Clem. Try inserting the bullet manually, close and open the bolt. Are the scratches still there? If not, then its from the clip from chambering and ejecting the round.
