Well the franchi and stoeger both aren't bad but they don't offer a 3.5" you have to go to the bennelli for that and spend well over a grand. THe 11-87 isn't a bad gun, but I bought a browning gold...

in my part of the country people hit deer all the time even in broad daylight. I've gotten up very early and driven a couple hours for some hunts and seen literally 1,000 deer in a 2 hour drive.

I do not think it is ethical to try and kill two deer with one shot. So many things can go wrong with taking a shot like that. A bullet or a slug can get turned in the body of the first deer and come...

I have one for an 870 and it holds it zero. I'm sure having a cantilver barrell would be a bit better but my 870 with a b square mount is dead on at 150 after being taken off and put back on.

IL It depends on landowners tags. You can only kill two antlered bucks per year no matter what. I could be wrong, but If you keep buying bow tags I believe you can kill as many does as you can shoot.
