Made some quesedeas (?) with leftover chicken...

Made some quesedeas (?) with leftover chicken from last night. Added some onions, shrooms and peppers with home made green tomato salsa. Turned out pretty good.

Still here since before the Big Meltdown of 03. Even still have my Cardeer necklace. Sure miss the days of over 30 people in "chat". I post mostly in waterfowl, off season, and recipe foums.

Age is my "injury". At 67, dragging a deer out f the woods is getting a little harder not to mention sitting up to shoot while in a ground blind goose\duck hunting. Still love doing it though.

Save the legs and thighs. They make great soup. If you harvest enough, grind the meat for burgers or meat sauces and don`t forget stir-fries. Pluck and roast some. Pepperoni.
