Dont focus on the pin...focus on the target...your mind will put the pin where it needs to be then you can release..when i switched over it wasnt easy at all but i shot a lot and got used to it...now...

i think i would go with 400s if it were me...im just goin by the spine selector on the Easton website and 57 is kind of the borderline were it goes from 500s to 400s and id rather shoot too stiff...

if your on the heavier side like say 58-60 lbs id go with a 400 shaft...if your on the lighter side a 500 might work but its kind of borderline and really close...and if you do have problems with...
